How we calculate it

Blended price = home share × home price + Level 2 share × Level 2 price + DC fast share × DC fast price. With a time-of-use plan, the home price is the off-peak share × off-peak rate + the rest × peak rate. EPA efficiency ratings are measured at the wall, so home charging losses are already included.
